30-Day Return Policy
At Longevity Health Co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return requirements below.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To request a return, email us at returns@longevityhealthco.com with your order number.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and factory-sealed.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- A return must be requested and approved by Longevity Health Co. before the product is shipped back.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Opened, used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
- Returns received after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the returned product meets all requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the eligible product amount.
Refunds will not be issued for products that do not meet the return requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at returns@longevityhealthco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Longevity Health Co. will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and, where applicable, cover return shipping.
Return Policy Abuse
Longevity Health Co. reserves the right to refuse or limit returns or refunds where there is suspected fraud, misuse, excessive return activity, or an attempt to circumvent this policy.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Longevity Health Co. website. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces are subject to the applicable seller's return policy.
