Products & Ingredients
Yes. Our products are designed to complement one another as a daily stack. Each one addresses a different foundation: D3+K2 for bone and immune health, Omega-3 for heart and brain, Magnesium for sleep and nervous system calm, they cover the most important pillars of healthy aging.
We'll provide guidance on timing and combining them effectively as we approach launch.
It depends on the product:
- D3 + K2 - Vegan. The D3 source is algal (plant-derived), and the capsule is a veggie softgel made from vegetable glycerine and purified water.
- Omega-3 - Not vegan. It's a fish oil - sourced from cold-water anchovy and sardine - and the softgel contains gelatin. It also carries a fish allergen statement.
- Magnesium Glycinate - Vegan. Formulated in veggie capsules.

Yes - D3+K2 contains tree nuts (coconut), as the formula uses organic coconut oil and non-GMO MCT oil as the carrier. If you have a tree nut allergy, this product is not suitable for you. Please review the full ingredient list on the product page.
The oil is finished with natural lemon oil to minimize any taste or odor.

Magnesium glycinate - magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. It's a chelated form chosen for its gentleness and bioavailability. Each serving of three veggie capsules delivers 250 mg of magnesium (60% of the Daily Value), plus 100 mg of taurine and 5 mg of Vitamin B6 in its active P-5-P form (294% DV).
